What you buy
DollFX is a software subscription. Plus is $19 per month for 10 GIFs. Pro is $49 per month or $449 per year for 30 GIFs per month. Current prices are on https://dollfx.com/pricing. After payment, you get instant account access to generate and download GIFs and videos in the browser. Unused monthly generations do not roll over.
How to cancel
Cancel anytime in Settings → Manage billing, or in the customer portal of Dodo Payments. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
When we refund
Email hello@dollfx.com from the Google account you used to sign in. Include the charge date and the reason. We refund when:
- You cancel within 14 days of the first paid charge and have not used a paid generation in that period.
- We charged you twice for the same period, or charged the wrong amount.
- A paid generation failed and we still deducted quota, and we cannot restore it.
- A refund is required by applicable law.
When we do not refund
We do not refund unused leftover generations at the end of a month. We do not refund because you dislike a successful output, change your mind after using paid generations, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy. Chargebacks opened without first emailing us may delay or close the account.
How long a refund takes
We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5–10 business days depending on the card issuer.
