What does DollFX make?
DollFX turns one photo of a doll, figure, or collectible into a looping GIF with a transparent background, plus an optional transparent ProRes 4444 video.
What photo works best?
Use a clear PNG or JPEG with the whole subject visible and a background that is different from the doll. Good lighting and a sharp edge give a cleaner cutout.
How long does it take?
Fast mode is usually ready in about a minute. Better quality takes longer. Keep the tab open while the GIF finishes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Every account includes one free 5-second Fast GIF. Plus and Pro add more GIFs each month and unlock longer clips and Better quality.
What is the transparent video for?
The ProRes 4444 file keeps the alpha channel, so you can drop the animation onto any background in an editor such as Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut.
Do I need to sign in?
Yes. Sign in with Google so your uploads and finished GIFs stay in your library.
